 Development Plan Conference - June 30, 2021

The Development Plan Conference (DPC) took place on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 10:00 AM. with Baltimore County Project Manager, Mr. Jerry Chen, conducting the virtual meeting. Citizens were not invited to speak but could listen in on this conference. Citizens will have an opportunity to speak at a Hearing on July 23, 2021.

The Southern Crossroads development proposal has moved forward to the next step in the process called the Development Plan Conference (DPC).  Below is an explanation of the DPC.

 Development Plan Conference (DPC)

• The Development Plan Conference (DPC) is where written comments by county agencies are submitted to developer and their engineers.

• The developer has submitted his actual development plan to be considered by the Administrative Law Judge by the time the DPC is scheduled.

• Those written comments are forwarded to the Administrative Law Judge for his consideration for the approval of the proposed development plan.
