Developer’s Submission and Pattern Book
The developer of the Southern Crossroads (formerly the Good Shepherd property) has submitted plans to build “Purpose-Built Student Housing” to Baltimore County on the same property but in a different location on the site under the name Forge Overlook. Below please find a copy of the Developers Notification Letter to the Community and the Pattern Book that was submitted for review by the Design Review Panel (DRP).
