Forest Conservation Variance
A request for a variance was submitted by the developer for the removal of 32 Specimen Trees on the Southern Crossroads / Forge Overlook site. The Halethorpe Improvement Association tried to protect the removal of these trees. However, the variance was granted by the judge. Please see the attached letter regarding the variance.
