Description / Virtual Meeting
The developer of Forge Overlook has submitted plans to build an additional 31 townhomes on the site (Phase 2). A Hearing Offer Hearing (HOH) aka Development Plan Hearing (DPH) for this development project is being scheduled. The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) will conduct a public hearing. This public hearing is the final step in the development process. The DPH will allow the community to make their positions known and placed on the record.
When: Thursday, June 11, 2026, and Friday, June 12, 2026
