Forge Overlook - Pattern Book (Rev. 2)
Based upon the meeting of the Design Review Panel (DRP) of Baltimore County and concerned community members of the Halethorpe Improvement Association held on January 11, 2023, the developer was requested to provide more details regarding his design submission. Please see below the revised Pattern Book submitted on February 21, 2023. This revised submission must be reviewed and approved by the DRP before the developer can proceed with the project.
