Development Plan Hearing
The Development Plan Hearing took place on July 23, 2021. The online meeting was hosted by Judge Maureen Murphy. The meeting lasted approximately 20 minutes and, due to revisions that were submitted by the developer which need to be evaluated by County agencies, will be rescheduled for sometime in September.

The Baltimore County Hearing is your last chance to voice your opinion regarding Southern Crossroads, the 196 townhouse development on 46 acres proposed for Halethorpe located at the former Good Shepherd site. Any interested persons who wish to testify or present evidence at the hearing are required to pre-register at least 2 days in advance in order to participate in the hearing.
