Forge Overlook - Pattern Book (Rev. 1)
Based upon the meeting of the Design Review Panel (DRP) of Baltimore County and concerned members of the Halethorpe Improvement Association held on October 12, 2022, the developer was requested to provide more details regarding his design submission. Please see below the revised Pattern Book submitted on December 20, 2022. This revised submission must be reviewed and approved by the DRP before the developer can proceed with the project.
