The developer of Forge Overlook has submitted plans to build an additional 31 townhomes on the site (Phase 2). A Hearing Offer Hearing (HOH) aka Development Plan Hearing (DPH) for this development project is being scheduled. The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) will conduct a public hearing. This public hearing is the final step in the development process. The DPH will allow the community to make their positions known and placed on the record. As part of a public service program, the Halethorpe Improvement Association adopted Potomac Avenue to help keep a part of our community beautiful by having citizens volunteer once a month to pick up litter along this county road.
